În urma RAW-ului din această săptămână au fost anunţate stipulaţii pentru două meciuri de la Extreme Rules, PPV exclusiv brand-ului roşu.
Astfel meciul dintre Neville şi Austin Aries pentru titlul WWE Cruiserweight va fi unul de tip submission, iar meciul dintre The Hardy Boyz şi Sheamus & Cesaro va fi un Steel Cage match. Stipulaţia a fost aleasă de Matt Hardy, după ce l-a învins pe Sheamus.
