Campionul mondial din TNA, Bully Ray a aparut de curand la o emisiune pentru un post de radio din America. Bully a vorbit despre mai multe lucruri, incluzand segmentul de “retragere” al lui Mark Henry de la Raw, despre noile talente din TNA si, desigur, despre semnarea lui Rob Van Dam de catre WWE.
Iata ce a declarat Bully Ray despre angle-ul cu retragerea lui Henry:
N-o sa stau aici sa spun ca ma asteptam la asta, dar acum trei ani, cand am facut turn-ul impotriva lui Devon, era de fapt noaptea discursului nostru de retragere. Dar nu-i iau din merite lui Mark Henry, pot sa inteleg directia in care au vrut sa o ia. Mark Henry a fost senzational, am observat ca avea oamenii in palma si a facut exact ce si cum stie orice wrestler bun. A fost magnific.
“I’m not gonna sit here and say that I thought of it, but three years ago, when I turned on Devon, it was the night of our retirement speech. But I’m not taking anything away from Mark Henry, I can understand the direction they were trying to go in. I thought what Mark Henry did was brilliant, I thought he had the people in the palm of his hand, and he did exactly what every good performer knows how to do. It was awesome.”
