Marvel.com: Cum ai ajuns la acest proiect?
CM Punk: Nu imi aduc aminte, si stiam ca o sa fiu intrebat asta. Ma tot gandesc de doua ore “Cum naiba am ajuns aici”, si stiu ca am batut oameni de la Marvel la cap. Cred ca .. cred ca din cauza ca ne-am intalnit la San Diego Comic-Con in 2011, sau ceva de genul asta.
Marvel.com: How did this project come together?
CM Punk: I can’t remember, and I knew you were gonna ask me that. I’ve been thinking for the past two hours like, “How did this all come about?” I mean, you know I’ve been pestering people at Marvel. I think it might’ve been…well, I think I met you at San Diego Comic-Con 2011, something like that?

Marvel.com: Yeah, a while ago.
CM Punk: Yeah! And I wound up talking to [Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief] Axel Alonso and it was always kind of like, “Yeah, yeah. We’d love to have you do something! We’d love to have you do something.” And you know, I was always just so busy. I think I just pestered all the right people and the right things kind of popped up. How exactly it came up, I can’t really, exactly remember. I can’t remember who said, “Hey. Wanna do Thor?” You know what I mean? That pretty much blew my mind. I have to say, it’s been a long process.

Marvel.Com: Ai mai scris un scenariu pentru benzi desenate pana acum?
CM Punk: Nu. Nu. [Editorul pentru THOR ANUAL] Jon Moisan mi-a trimis cateva peste care sa ma uit, cum ar fi si cateva carti Thor, si mi-a trimis si scenariile pentru ele ca sa inteleg procesul de la scenariu la banda desenata. Mi-a trimis cele normale si cele ce folosesc Metoda Marvel, deci, presupun, ca invat in mers, ceea ce este destul de interesant. Si cred ca voi aduce o perspectiva diferita asupra povestilor pe care le spunem.
Marvel.com: Have you ever written a comic-style script before?
CM Punk: No. No. [THOR ANNUAL editor Jon Moisan] forwarded me a bunch of scripts that I can look at, like specifically he’s sending me Thor books, and he sent me scripts for them so I can see how scripts can be broken down into the actual comic book form. He sent me normal ones and he sent me Marvel Method, so I’m, I guess, learning on the job, which is pretty exciting. I also think it’ll bring a different perspective to the way certain stories are told.
