Despre Goldust:
“Goldust este, stiti voi, un individ interesant de la bun inceput, dar pot sa va spun ca ceea ce a oferit caarierei mele este de natura fizica. Mi-a fost mai usor sa fur manevre de la el decat de la tatal meu. Asa ca, daca este sa discutam despre comportamentul ca wrestler intre sunetele clopotului, este foarte influentat de Goldust” ||“Goldust is, you know, an interesting individual to begin with, but I can tell you that the things he has offered to my career are a lot on the physical side. He’s a lot easier to steal little manoeuvres from than my father. So as far as how I compete as a wrestler in-between the ding-ding-ding, has a lot of influence from Goldust.”
Despre faptul ca nu este in main event:
“Pe mine problema altfel pentru ca sunt foarte tanar in industrie, si e usor sa devin frustrat cu ce se intampla din punct de vedere al povestii, dar ma distrez prea tare ca sa imi fac probleme cu astfel de lucruri. Pot sa ies in arene, si de multe ori cu Damien Sandow, si reusim sa scoatem o reactie aproape de revolta din multipe si pentru mine, asta e mult prea distractiv. Sper sa fiu o parte importanta din viitorul WWE-ului si ma consider unul din stalpii companiei pentru urmatorii 10 ani, asa ca sunt sigur ca o sa am destule povesti in viitor” || “For me, it’s really one of those things as I am very young in the industry, and I can easily get frustrated with what is happening story-wise, but it’s too much fun for me to concern myself with that stuff. I am able to go out, and lot of the times with Damian Sandown, and we’re able to go out and get this riot reaction from our audience and for me, that’s too much fun. I hope to be a huge part of the WWE future and I consider myself one of the flag-bearers for the next ten years, so I am sure I will have plenty of stories in the future.”

“Shawn Michaels. Eu am crescut dupa generatia tatalui meu si nu am putut sa vad multe din ce a facut si mult din asta nici macar nu este inregistrat. Asa ca Shawn Michaels este cel care mi-a captat atentia cand eram tanar. Intotdeauna am vrut sa il vad cum contra ataca, pentru ca de multe ori lupta din pozitia de inferior si era foarte dramatic pentru un tanar care se simtea in aceasi pozitie. Mereu a fost eroul meu” || “Shawn Michaels. I kind of grew up past my dad’s generation and I wasn’t really able to see a lot of what he did and a lot of it isn’t even on. So Shawn Michaels was the one that kept my attention as a young man watching. I always wanted to see him fight back, he was always fighting from underneath and it was very dramatic for a young man who is feeling the same way. He was always my hero.”
